I thought it was supposed to be something subtle like a curse but they went with a quite direct approach even Vivian didn't expect because she knew what would happen to her if she was caught openly attempt assinating a duke's fiance. Noah's statement about what happened to Francis and Jake already confirmed that.

We finally see Beatrice but still want to know what her goal is. I think she's introduced too late, though. I don't think who she is and what she wants will resonate with me that much.

Yeah I was expecting some form of fantastical happening but it was very much direct and physical.

That's how the story was meant to be anyway.

So with that last scene before the credits, it seems like Vivian really planted the hairpiece and Beatrice is the one that gave it to her or instructed her to give it to Beatrice without letting her know the magnitude of what it could cause. I wonder why Beatrice is after Raeliana's life, if she's aware that her position as Noah's fiancee has been taken.

Interesting how Heika is so adamant about being called grandpa as his way of getting friendly with Raeliana. If only he respected her feelings but it seems like his social cues need work since he himself said he has no friend or family in 150 years.

However, seeing Heika vs Noah was so exciting to watch, I really like the tension between the two. The way they kept emphasizing "my" and "your" was really funny, they are so possessive.

Heika's adult form looks good, I like that he loses the childish voice although you can still hear the childishness from the way he speaks. Seeing Wade holding him back at the end was amusing, he has really become fond of Raeliana lol.

It was really surprising to see Noah be so vulnerable to Raeliana and essentially confess that he has special feelings for her. I'm sure he'll revert back to his normal self but I'm glad there's been an opening for that sort of dialogue to appear more.

No, the current Beatrice is the original Reliana she used some dark ritual to replace Beatrice soul with her so technically the current Beatrice is OG Reliana in Beatrice body

She read her fate in a book or something. In any case she somehow learned her fate and also learned that in their world all souls have a life span and they die when they hit that life span (like when you die, you reborn as a different person thus your body age resets but your soul is still aging the same and at one point the soul reaches its limit and dies) but soul dying doesn't mean the body dies so at that point another soul is given to the now spiritless body to continue that life.

OG Raeliana learned that her friend Beatrice's soul was about to die and was gonna be replaced so in her desperation to survive she found a dark witch to get her own soul enter into Beatrice's body when Beatrice's soul dies so our current Raeliana that was supposed to become Beatrice ended up being Raeliana since Raeliana's body became the soulless body with OG Raeliana taking over Beatrice's body

In other words....this world deviates a lot from the original story, even if our Raeliana didn't get reincarnated?
